Spin Endorsement
Receive spin training as required for initial CFI certification in an American Champion Citabria 7GCBC aircraft. This mandatory requirement by the FAA is a one-time flight and one-time logbook entry that qualifies you to take the CFIA practical test. Students will train to instructional proficiency.
Includes: Aircraft rental, a one-time (1.5 hour max.) flight with flight Instructor, and a one-time (2.0 hour max.) ground instruction (briefing), and a one-time logbook endorsement.
This course provides initial instruction based on a fixed amount of flight and ground hours for Spin Endorsement training. An additional flight and/or ground instruction may be required by the participating pilot to receive his or her Spin Endorsement for initial CFI certification. The amount of classes or hours needed is solely dependent on the pilot’s experience and ability at the time he or she take this course.
- Private Pilot Airplane Certificate (or better)
